About the position

Overview: We are seeking a versatile IT Systems & Marketing Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Pavers and Pools. The ideal candidate will not only manage our technical infrastructure but also collaborate closely with our marketing team to support their technical needs, ensuring seamless integration between IT systems and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for all employees, resolving hardware and software issues. Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and devices. Oversee software installations, updates, and licensing compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner. Support and maintain Mac operating systems, ensuring compatibility and performance across all devices. Software & Systems Management: Administer and optimize software systems used across the company, ensuring they meet business needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to manage digital tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics software. Ensure the security and integrity of data across all systems. Manage and provide support for project management software and financial software used within the construction industry. Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with the technical implementation of digital marketing strategies. Manage and update the company website, ensuring it aligns with marketing campaigns and brand standards. Provide technical support for online marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. Support the creation and distribution of digital content, ensuring it is technically sound and optimized for performance. Project Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on projects that require IT input, such as website redesigns, software integrations, and digital marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations on how to leverage technology to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in managing Mac environments.
  • Experience with project management software and financial software relevant to the construction industry.
  • Awareness of IT security best practices to help protect company data and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with website management and digital content creation.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience in the construction or pool-building industry is a plus.
