Responsibilities

• Implement new technology, such as desktops and computer hardware, operating systems, software programs, and applications
• Ensure our computers are backed up so all files are saved in case the system crashes
• Respond quickly to technical issues so problems can be resolved and our employees can continue to work efficiently
• Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently
• Maintain technological equipment, including phones, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, hardware etc.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of various IT systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in implementing new technology
• Knowledge of backup systems and procedures
• Experience in administering user accounts and access levels

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with network systems
• Familiarity with various operating systems
• Knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting
