As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with other IT support staff to manage helpdesk tickets and provide support for all computer systems, printers, and other company-provided devices. Your responsibilities will include overseeing server and network hardware properties, making recommendations for IT training, and ensuring that all technology systems are safeguarded through appropriate policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining user IDs and passwords, providing IT support to employees across all locations, and escalating issues as necessary.
