About the position

The IT Support Specialist position plays a key role in delivering outstanding technology support to our staff across multiple locations from our headquarters in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. This role is essential for ensuring that all technology-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall productivity of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technology support to all Advantage staff at all locations
• Perform PC builds, refreshes, and repairs; set up and configure PCs and peripherals
• Manage asset entry and maintenance
• Maintain Office 365/Exchange email system
• Provide network support, setup, troubleshooting, and cabling
• Support and troubleshoot printers and multi-function devices
• Configure, set up, and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot mobile devices
• Assist in new facility transitions with on-site support and hardware configuration
• Engage in new technology projects and rollouts

Requirements

• At least two years of IT support experience in an office environment, including remote and phone support; health care experience is beneficial
• Minimum two-year degree from a college or trade school
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer support
• Experience with help desk ticketing and asset management systems
• Skilled in using remote troubleshooting tools; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Office 365/Exchange administration, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
• Experience in firewall/switch/wireless AP configuration; Ubiquiti and Meraki experience is a plus
• Experience with Active Directory/Azure/Entra AD administration
• Proficiency in supporting a Windows 10/11 and Office 365 environment
• Experience with Apple iOS and MDM management tools
• Ability to perform basic PC/laptop/printer hardware repairs
• SharePoint Online experience is a plus
