About the position

The IT Support Specialist at Areeva Solutions, LLC is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure. This part-time role involves assisting users with various technical issues, maintaining computer hardware, and supporting operating systems to enhance productivity across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues related to computers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN connectivity, firewalls, and LAN configurations.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability of IT infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in IT support.
• Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure including VPNs, firewalls, LANs, and computer hardware.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels.
• Ability to provide technical support in a fast-paced environment.
