Responsibilities

• Provides friendly and positive technology support and training experiences to staff, residents, and those served.
• Analyzes, evaluates, and troubleshoots various technology issues and resolves them promptly and effectively.
• Implements and monitors cybersecurity safeguards that protect company data.
• Implements, monitors, and supports networking initiatives.
• Participates and collaborates in strategic technology planning and implementation.
• Communicates and trains on technology initiatives to end users.
• Documents new processes and updates existing ones (change management).
• Maintains on-call technical support (as needed).
• Adheres to all employment policies and procedures as enumerated and described in the AFC Employee Handbook.
• Observes and supports Arcadia's Mission, Vision, and Code of Ethics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited college/university or at least 1-2 years working experience in IT.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge and experience using general ledger accounting software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains Dynamic is helpful.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a non-profit organization.
