About the position

The IT Support Specialist at Avenir Consulting Solutions is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the technology infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system security, all while collaborating with team members and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and office networks.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, CRM tools, phones, and other office devices.
• Providing responsive support to team members for day-to-day IT needs.
• Ensuring the security of systems by monitoring and updating firewalls, antivirus, and other protective measures.
• Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up user accounts and training on tools.
• Documenting technical procedures, processes, and system configurations.
• Collaborating with external vendors for advanced troubleshooting and system upgrades.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and applications.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
