About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a contract with our client. This position is 100% remote and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for provisioning and troubleshooting various IT systems and services, focusing on managing Windows Server, SQL Server, and TCP/IP networks. The role will also involve providing ETL support via SnapLogic, handling Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and managing printers. Additionally, the candidate will assist in onboarding new clients to the SaaS vendor applications, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the client's systems. In this role, the IT Support Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for client systems. The candidate will be expected to diagnose and resolve IT issues in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and contribute to the success of our clients' IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provision and troubleshoot Windows Server and SQL Server environments.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks and configurations.
  • Provide ETL support using SnapLogic.
  • Manage and configure SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of printers.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients to SaaS vendor applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and support for client systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Windows Server and SQL Server administration.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SnapLogic or similar ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with SSO technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in client onboarding for vendor applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with printer configuration and support.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
