About the position
The IT Support Specialist position at a Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Springboro, OH, involves providing technical support across two sites. Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues onsite and remotely.
- Assist with imaging and deployments as needed.
- Support users with O365 administration and basic network and wireless issues.
- Update and maintain electronic records with current data.
- Provide remote and in-person technical support for local and remote laptop users.
- Analyze and test new hardware/software configurations.
- Accurately update applications, websites, and content management systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience (phone and in-person).
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, including Windows systems.
- Prior O365 administration experience (not just support).
- Knowledge of troubleshooting networks and wireless issues.
- Customer service mentality and professionalism.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- Familiarity with server administration and support.
- Experience with Active Directory.
