About the position

The IT Support Specialist at Infosys BPM Limited is responsible for executing transactions according to established guidelines and timelines. This role involves reviewing and validating inputs from team members, supporting management in training activities, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. The position requires coordination of transitions, process training, and customer interactions, all while maintaining a focus on process reengineering and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

  • Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
  • Review and validate inputs from team members.
  • Support manager in training activities and daily operations review.
  • Help in escalation resolution to meet service level agreement targets.
  • Coordinate transition processes and conduct process training and certifications for the team.
  • Engage in talent management-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and process guidelines.
  • Interact with customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Participate in knowledge management and process reengineering activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookup and pivot tables.
  • Good project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic knowledge of Telecom/Mobility domain.
  • Great attitude and flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
