About The Position
The IT Support Specialist at MLM Hearing is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to the organization's home office and clinic locations. This role involves managing IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of communication systems. The specialist will support both on-site and remote staff, assist with IT help desk tickets, and participate in special IT projects as directed by the IT Director.
