About the position

The IT Support Specialist at Atlas Technical Consultants is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to company staff and clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance on system components.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and staff.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions.
  • Mentor and train junior support staff as needed.

Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years of related experience in PC support preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows desktop operating systems and MS Office required.
  • Basic knowledge of computer components and networking is a plus.
  • A+ certification or equivalent education is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of inner workings of PCs and Windows operating systems desired.
  • Experience with system performance evaluation and maintenance.
