About the position

The IT Support Specialist at Lunchpail Service Partners is responsible for providing prompt on-site and remote user support, managing local networks, and assisting with hardware and software issues. This role involves setting up new user accounts, preparing devices for new team members, and ensuring the efficiency of PCs and software systems across multiple locations. The position is crucial for maintaining the operational integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Set up Desktops, Laptops, tablets, Cell phones and Office Equipment
• Answer employee questions regarding computer systems
• Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems
• Change configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
• Generate sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
• Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed
• Update employees on the status of their service requests
• Log all service requests as needed
• Resolve IT support requests from all employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, business related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years' experience as an IT Support specialist maintaining a company network
• High level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications
• Hands on experience working with Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Certified Professional Status preferred
• Ability to multitask and assist multiple employees at once if needed
• Time Management skills to provide updates within promised time frame
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Flexibility to accommodate team members across multiple locations
