We are searching for a talented and self-motivated IT Support Specialist to help us create the future of flight. The IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing support to our onsite staff. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and demonstrate strong time management skills. The specialist will be responsible for administrating and maintaining Windows Server 2016 and above, managing email administration tasks, and troubleshooting various hardware and software issues related to Windows and Mobile operating systems. Additionally, the role involves monitoring system alerts, managing ticket queues, and providing support for audio/visual equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of knowledge in supporting and managing desktop operating systems and applications, as well as experience with Active Directory services, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. The specialist will also be expected to have basic virtualization administration skills and an understanding of core network components. Familiarity with patch and vulnerability management, Microsoft AutoPilot, and backup solutions is also essential. The position requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and the capacity to sit or stand for extended periods while conducting work in an office environment. This is a full-time position located at our Manassas, VA facility, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
