We are looking for an experienced IT Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our technology initiatives. As the IT Application Support Specialist, you will be a subject matter expert (SME) actively involved in the implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of our business and telehealth applications, services, and systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of all our IT systems, applications, and services. The IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. This includes Microsoft 365 support, onboarding new hires, offboarding processes, and assisting both in-office and remote users. You will be responsible for setting up and supporting Windows and Apple devices, as well as systematically triaging and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team and independently on projects are essential. The role will involve the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Microsoft 365 support, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user assistance
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Support users both in-office and remotely via phone, email, ticketing system, and in-person visits
  • Set up and configure Windows and Apple devices for employees, ensuring optimal functionality
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and general networking problems
  • Maintain vendor management and work to ensure pricing and contracts are tracked
  • Document and track all reported issues using the company's ticketing system
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices within the healthcare industry
  • Provide excellent customer service by offering advice, training, solutions, and guidance to users of varying technical expertise
  • Manage devices, using InTune, and Kandi
  • Manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of all computer hardware and software and all other products and supplies necessary to keep computer systems operable
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team on assigned projects
  • Prioritize and track help desk calls to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 support and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in setting up and configuring Windows and Apple devices
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking
  • Familiarity with vendor management and contract tracking

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a telehealth or healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of InTune and Kandi for device management
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
