About the position

The technician will perform regular network maintenance and updates, ensuring that all systems are up to date and functioning correctly. Additionally, the technician will be expected to document all network issues and resolutions, providing a clear record of maintenance activities and system performance. This position may also involve collaborating with other IT professionals to enhance network performance and security, as well as providing support to end-users experiencing network-related issues.
