About the position

As an L2 Helpdesk Engineer at SKYTEK Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to clients, handling escalated issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting both remotely and onsite, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced L2 support for escalated issues across desktops, networks, and servers.
  • Travel onsite to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
  • Administer and manage Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments.
  • Work with VMware and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Document and track issues in our ticketing system to ensure quick resolutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in tech support with hands-on experience in Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and VMware.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Azure, or VMware) preferred.
  • Willing to travel locally with reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with TCP/IP networking
  • Familiarity with DNS and VPN technologies
