About the position

The IT Support Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems across the district. In addition to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, the IT Support Technician will also be involved in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software. The technician will work closely with other IT staff to maintain the integrity and security of the district's technology infrastructure. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they become problems, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
