Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2 years of IT help desk experience.
  • Experience with MAC OSX, Windows 7, 10, and 11 Operating Systems.
  • Experience with Office 2010, 2016, and Office 365.
  • Experience configuring PC hardware.
  • Experience with network cabling and troubleshooting.
  • Teleconference experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Pixel POS (Point Of Sale Systems) is a plus.
  • A+ certification is a plus.
