About the position

As an IT Support Technician IV, you will leverage your technical skills to provide comprehensive support for computer hardware and software to employees. This role involves troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing desktop and laptop computers, ensuring efficient operations within a primarily MS Windows environment. You will be part of a corporate team that supports various business functions, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

Responsibilities

• Support and administration for computing hardware and systems, software installations, and network connectivity.
• Manage inventory including configuration, repair, and integration of computing hardware.
• Provide basic network support ensuring connectivity for desktop and networked peripherals.
• Deliver outstanding customer-centered support and service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve IT incidents/service requests, tracking and monitoring all tickets received.
• Support organizational efforts in maintaining IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct conference room function checks.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a related field with 6 or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong sense of customer/solution ownership and drive for excellence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with end users and leadership.
• Ability to understand user and business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of current IT technical standards related to computers, printers, and network technology.
• Comprehensive troubleshooting skills of industry standard hardware and software products.

Nice-to-haves

• Tier II desktop support experience.
• A/V Conference Room support experience.
