About the position

The IT Support Technician - Level 1 at The Joint Chiropractic is responsible for providing help desk support services for desktop computers, applications, and related technology across over 900 corporate and franchisee clinics in the United States. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, responding to service requests, and ensuring effective communication with users seeking assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk support to over 900 clinics across the United States.
  • Respond to email and phone messages from customers seeking help.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to user workstations, software, and other related user equipment, such as smartphones.
  • Respond to service requests via the help desk ticketing system, telephone calls, email, and direct personnel requests for technical support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years previous IT Support experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Implementation experience of IT processes, software, and hardware preferred
  • Operating systems expertise with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
