About the position

TeamLogic IT of Westlake is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to maintain and monitor customer networks, provide technical support, and ensure optimal performance of IT systems. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, and regular maintenance of hardware and software, with a focus on customer service and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor customer networks using a monitoring agent
• Provide help desk, remote support, onsite support, network assessments and regular maintenance for all customers
• Troubleshooting and repair of PCs, Servers, and other network devices
• Installation and troubleshooting of software applications
• Answering phone calls and working remotely with customers to resolve issues
• Monitoring/Installation of software updates, Windows Updates, backups, anti-virus, and overall server/workstation performance
• On-site visits to customer locations will be required
• Documenting time and resolution to issues

Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in the IT field
• A+ certification, Network+, MCSE a plus
• Experience with VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V a plus
• Experience Installing/Upgrading Windows domain environments
• Experience with Network Administration
• Experience with Firewall/Router configuration
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Proven network analysis and diagnostic skills
• Ability to Implement and maintain all Microsoft Server System Roles and Features (Active Directory, Group Policy's, IIS6-7, DHCP, DNS, FTP, WSUS, Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services, etc.)
• Experience Implementing and configuring Video Surveillance Systems
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Nice-to-haves
