About the position

The On-Site IT Technician at ITG Communications is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT inventory, inspecting and repairing returned computers, and installing and configuring various IT devices. This role also involves traveling to different states for short-term installations of Network Video Camera systems and security monitoring systems, ensuring that all IT equipment is functional and meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the company's IT equipment inventory, ensuring proper documentation of hardware and software assets.
• Inspect and repair returned computers and other devices, ensuring they are functional and meet company standards.
• Install, configure, and ship IT devices, including laptops, phones, and iPads, for internal use or field deployment.
• Install and configure Network Video Camera systems and security monitoring systems at company shops in Utah and other states.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support and device maintenance.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and system installation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair IT devices.
