OATI is seeking self-motivated and quick-learning IT Support Technicians to provide quality support to staff and customers at its Bloomington, MN location. The role involves a variety of technical support tasks, including PC and server support, printer support, and management of corporate mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide PC and basic server support.
• Assist with printer support and troubleshooting.
• Manage hardware and software support for users.
• Maintain corporate mobile devices.
• Oversee WSUS, SCCM, and Antivirus management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
