About the position

As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of a team of IT professionals who provide in-house technical PC hardware and software support for over 1,300 associates. Your specific duties will include responding to associate service calls to troubleshoot reported problems and taking the necessary steps to resolve them. You will be responsible for building and configuring PCs and laptops, loading software, and conducting audits for unlicensed software. Additionally, you will run and terminate infrastructure cabling between workstations and communication hosts.
