About the position

As an IT Support Technician at OHM Advisors, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure. This role involves providing technical support for both software and hardware, contributing to increased productivity and employee satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide software and hardware support and resolve issues.
• Prepare and deploy computers and associated peripheral hardware.
• Manage local inventory of computer assets.
• Provide occasional after-hours support.
• Travel to remote offices as needed (within a 3-hour drive radius).

Requirements

• 1+ year of equivalent work experience in an IT support role or active enrollment in a relevant degree program.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills.

Nice-to-haves

• CompTIA and/or Microsoft Certification(s) is a plus.
