The primary role of this position is to promote maximum service to MTE teammates by supporting their hardware and software needs in a manner that provides affordable, reliable, safe electricity and outstanding member service.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware and software needs of MTE teammates.
• Provide assistance with computer workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
• Ensure reliable and safe electricity service to members.
• Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

• Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry, and People Smart).
• Associates degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or four years of experience required.
• Must have one of the following active certifications: Microsoft Technical Associate (MTA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), CompTIA A+ Certification, or HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST).
• Good understanding of computer workstations, printers, and other peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, scanners, and mice.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
