Collaboration with the IT team is essential to resolve technical problems promptly and effectively. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction, making this role vital to the overall success of our IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in help desk support.
• Proficiency in Office suite and Mac OS.
• Knowledge of network administration, TCP/IP, LAN, and computer management.
• Experience with remedy ticketing system.
• Strong customer service and technical support skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with EDI Projects.
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics and Nvidia.
