About the position

The IT Support Technician at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium (LLPA) plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the organization's information systems. This position is responsible for a variety of technical support tasks, including managing employee workstations, servers, network appliances, audiovisual equipment, and point-of-sale hardware. The technician will serve as a general Help Desk resource for the organization, ensuring that all IT-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
