About The Position

The IT Support Technician at Vitrolife Group is a dynamic role focused on providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to approximately 50 local users in the Denver office, while also assisting colleagues across North America. This position is crucial for maintaining seamless IT operations and supporting global IT projects, reporting directly to the IT Service Manager.

Requirements

• 2+ years in IT service/technical support roles preferred.
• Experience working independently with guidance from a remote management and team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Availability to travel to California periodically and other locations in USA and Canada if required.
• Flexibility for occasional after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard employees efficiently.
• Procure, configure, and deploy IT equipment.
• Assign roles, groups, licenses, and policies.
• Resolve hardware/software issues (computers, monitors, printers).
• Address Microsoft account and VOIP phone system concerns.
• Maintain conference room video conferencing systems.
• Manage network switches, patching, and VLAN assignments.
• Ensure UPS power backup systems function properly.
• Arrange and order service/maintenance for copiers, printers, and peripherals.
• Handle IT materials procurement and warranty claims.
• Assist off-site staff with remote/home office needs.
• Occasionally provide after-hours support when necessary.
• Periodically submit work reports as required.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
