About The Position
The IT Support Technician at Vitrolife Group is a crucial role responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to approximately 50 local users in the Denver office, while also assisting colleagues across North America. This position involves managing user onboarding and offboarding, resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors. The technician will play a vital role in ensuring seamless IT operations and supporting global IT projects, reporting directly to the IT Service Manager.
