About the position

The Bilingual IT Support Technician Level I at Power Design, Inc. is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient IT experience within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, diagnose and resolve technical issues through hands-on support and training.
  • Support multiple projects related to upgrading software, configuring systems and applications, and network troubleshooting in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Assist other departments with technology and the setup of new workstations.
  • Prioritize requests in order to meet established timelines.
  • Organize asset requests, applications, security and other IT projects.
  • Serve as customer liaison at our Tech Deck.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to provide consistent, world-class level of service.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous growth.
