About the position

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, MS Windows 10, and other relevant operating systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
