About the position

The Bilingual IT Support Technician Level I serves as the primary point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests, providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to employees. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting software upgrades, configuring systems, and assisting with network troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, diagnose and resolve technical issues through hands-on support and training.
  • Support multiple projects related to upgrading software, configuring systems and applications, and network troubleshooting.
  • Assist other departments with technology and the setup of new workstations.
  • Prioritize requests in order to meet established timelines.
  • Organize asset requests, applications, security and other IT projects.
  • Serve as customer liaison at the Tech Deck.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to provide consistent, world-class level of service.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous growth.
