About the position

The IT Service Desk Analyst I is a full-time in-office role responsible for providing on-site and remote support for employees. This position involves maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of computers and peripherals, as well as training on company-supported applications. The analyst will coordinate incidents that require escalation to other teams and ensure these incidents are resolved, aiming to deliver a positive Service Desk experience for end users and management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote support for employees.
  • Perform maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of computers and peripherals.
  • Train employees on company-supported applications.
  • Coordinate incidents that require escalation to other teams and third parties.
  • Ensure incidents are resolved and provide follow-up support to end users.

Requirements

  • Experience in help desk support.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 7.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and imaging.
  • Technical support experience with Office 365 and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with mobile devices and application support.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Mac systems.
  • Knowledge of asset management and configuration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
