The System Administrator supports business operations by helping teams utilize information systems to enhance efficiency. As a member of the IT Service Desk, the System Administrator provides prompt support and escalates company employees' requests related to corporate IT equipment (such as laptops, printers, routers, and Wi-Fi access points), systems and applications (including Google Workspace, Slack, Office 365, Jira, OKTA, Salesforce, Zoom, and more), as well as operating systems and software. This role follows company policies and standards, ensuring that corporate IT systems and equipment are fully supported and compliant with security policies and standards. The System Administrator plays a key role in maintaining compliance and reliability across IT assets within the organization.
