Stimulus Technologies is seeking a qualified IT System Technician for a hybrid work environment in Las Vegas, NV. This role primarily involves remote work with occasional on-site visits to clients. The technician will assist clients with their technology needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The company provides a range of IT services and aims to deliver stable technology solutions to its clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with technology needs and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and repair computer desktop hardware.
• Provide customer software system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform on-site visits to clients as needed.
• Document daily time entry accounting for at least 8 hours of work.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows and Mac desktop operating systems.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and troubleshooting internet connectivity.
• Experience with routers and firewalls.
• Understanding of DNS and wireless technologies.
• Familiarity with security fundamentals, including antivirus endpoint protection.
