About The Position
At Reily Foods Company we've got a passion for flavor and have been providing iconic foods and beverages that create meals and memories for over 120 years! Our products consist of Luzianne Iced Tea, New England Coffee, Swan's Down Cake Flour, and Blue Plate Mayonnaise (to name a few) and can be found in retail locations around the country. We're a 5th generation, family owned company with locations in New Orleans, Knoxville, and Boston. The IT System Technician (ITST) is the on-site team member responsible for maintaining Reilys datacenter environment in an industrial manufacturing environment based in Knoxville, TN. The ITST provides support to end users on a broad range of technical issues. The ITST identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems; responds to telephone calls, Helpdesk tickets, and personnel requests for technical support. The ITST manages asset inventory/disposal and technical documentation, and tracks and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution.
