About the position

Responsibilities
- Manage a closed development network for the assigned program.
- Ensure patching, STIGing, and infrastructure deployments are completed.
- Perform Systems Administration across multiple platforms including RHEL, Windows Server, and Windows 10.
- Conduct vulnerability remediation and security management, including system hardening and log management.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Non-expired CompTIA Security + certification.
- Experience with RHEL and Windows Operating Systems (Windows Server 2016, 2019, Win10).
- Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management tools.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to obtain technical certification for 8140 compliance within 90 days of start.
- Expertise in Linux and Windows Server.
- On-prem virtualization expertise (ESX/Vsphere).
- Storage and backup expertise (e.g., EMC Unity/Data Domain).
- Experience with Nagios for infrastructure health monitoring.
- Ansible automation experience.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation (Perl, Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with storage service administration (NetApp/EMC hardware, software).
- Knowledge of multi-factor authentication and COTS software installations.
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP).
