About the position

The IT Systems Analyst Advisor position is a critical role within our organization, primarily focused on developing and managing project assignments from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive approach to communication, ensuring that results are effectively conveyed to management and stakeholders. The advisor will be responsible for providing training to both management and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and skill development. In this role, the advisor will identify the necessary resources for projects, conduct thorough research on project data, procedures, and historical context to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project direction. The advisor will generate and analyze statistical data reports, which will inform project planning and execution. A key responsibility will be to develop, prepare, and manage project plans, ensuring that all activities are communicated effectively to involved parties. The advisor will also be tasked with resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, particularly those involving clients, and will facilitate the transition of programs to management personnel upon completion. Additionally, the advisor will participate in oral presentations, showcasing project outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders. The role may also involve supporting the organization's quality programs and performing other duties as assigned. Travel may be required as part of the role, depending on project needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis preferred.
• Eight years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Three years of project management experience required.
• Experience in office operations management, managed care, insurance-related, and/or statistical analysis required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of related field procedures or insurance-related procedures and/or managed care systems and operations.
• Strong knowledge of project management and statistical analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Leadership, management, and motivational skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpretive skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
