Align seeks an entry-level, recent college graduate. Any internship or entry-level (one year or less) work experience with IT analysis including IT Infrastructure, Data Center, or Cloud would be a plus, but is not required. This is a great opportunity to start your career and be a part of various IT Transformation Programs. This role will provide broad experience including IT Systems Analysis, Project Management, Consulting, and hands-on IT Infrastructure Installation. This person will work with our Data Center Migration team focused on Application Migration to perform hands-on application migration planning for data center relocation projects. You will work on current state to future state infrastructure assessment projects and will learn about IT Infrastructure Transformation. This person will work with senior consultants to help perform hands-on current state assessment projects, including application migration planning for data center IT infrastructure relocation and consolidation projects. This person will learn to manage complex projects, working in a matrix environment to plan, schedule, and execute projects for various-sized enterprise clients (infrastructure, storage, network, server, and IT appliances, etc.). This role is not a hands-on developer role, but will have an understanding of application migration planning in the context of Data Center moves and consolidations. The focus of the role is in mapping application dependencies in the physical data center infrastructure and determining strategies and plans to move the applications either physically (lift and shift) or moving the applications to new infrastructure or even into the cloud. This role is based out of our Iselin, NJ office, but will primarily work remote. The position requires regular travel, based on client project requirements. This is a full-time position offering full benefits, a base salary in the $60K to $68K range (commensurate with experience), paid training, and performance-based bonuses.
