About the position

The IT Systems Analyst Intern at Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) will assist the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in managing user accounts and access levels within the organization. This role is designed for current college students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Security, providing hands-on experience in IAM tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the IAM Administrator in creating, managing, and disabling user accounts.
• Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and troubleshoot access issues.
• Provide support to users in managing their access credentials.
• Identify improvements for the user access lifecycle and enhance existing IAM processes.

Requirements

• Current college student enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Security degree programs.
• Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Security.
• Basic understanding of User Access management in a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
