As an IT Systems Analyst IV at ManTech International, you will play a crucial role in supporting our national security initiatives through innovative technology solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of various IT concepts, practices, and procedures, as well as the ability to lead and direct the work of others. You will be responsible for analyzing and developing computer software that encompasses a wide range of capabilities, including engineering, business, and records management functions. Your expertise will be essential in developing plans for automated information systems from project inception to conclusion, ensuring that user interfaces are optimized and hardware and software performance is maintained. In this role, you will analyze user requirements, maintain system performance, and assess the impact of proposed modifications and upgrades. You will define problems and develop system requirements and program specifications, collaborating closely with programmers to ensure proper implementation. Your responsibilities will also include conducting site surveys, documenting current network configurations, and designing optimized network topologies. You will prepare engineering plans, installation schedules, and technical design packages, ensuring that all hardware and software installations are executed smoothly. Additionally, you will provide training to site personnel on the proper use of hardware and software, perform first-line support for service interruptions, and escalate unresolved issues to expedite resolution. Your role will involve formulating and enforcing work standards, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating organizational goals to your team. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the contract and will not serve in any other capacity under this contract. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a comprehensive understanding of applications systems analysis and programming, as well as the business functions for which these applications are designed.
