About the position

The IT Systems Analyst position at Genesis10 involves independently managing multiple IT internal business projects, focusing on resource management, risk identification, quality assurance, and change control. The role emphasizes process improvement and the implementation of new business services, along with providing end-user training and facilitating communication among stakeholders and IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Reports department measurements and communicates metrics on activities.
• Develops proposals that consider alternatives and business case.
• Routinely interacts with IT vendors and provides technical interpretation for required services.
• May lead process or quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3 years technology or business administration experience required.
• Technical troubleshooting skills required.
• Support skills required.

Nice-to-haves

• Healthcare experience would be ideal.
• Prior Service Now experience is a bonus.
