About the position
The IT Systems Analyst will support a diverse portfolio of Research & Development and Enterprise applications, focusing on GxP-validated computer systems to ensure their smooth and efficient operation. This role requires experience in the pharmaceutical industry and GxP or CSV training or certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for GxP-validated computer systems, ensuring compliance and reliability.
- Maintain user accounts for GxP and Non-GxP applications, ensuring security and access management protocols are maintained.
- Collaborate with business partners and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, fostering strong relationships for effective problem-solving.
- Partner with Quality to ensure appropriate change management processes are followed.
- Assist with testing, implement upgrades, and update documentation, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Requirements
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
- GxP or CSV training or certification.
