About the position
The IT Systems Analyst at S R International Inc. is responsible for troubleshooting software, configurations, and interfaces while providing technical support for critical system changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations. This role involves interaction with internal and external customers, law enforcement agency partners, and third-party vendors, focusing on data exchanges and system support.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot existing software, configurations, and associated interfaces.
- Interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement agency partners, and third-party vendors.
- Provide support for data exchanges, including Open Data.
- Offer technical support for critical system changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Support application and interfaces as a systems analyst.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software troubleshooting and database development.
- Mid-level SQL skills with experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Experience in Linux and Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of T-SQL and Message Queue (IBM MQ).
- Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting Law Enforcement Critical Systems and Interfaces.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience supporting and troubleshooting Law Enforcement Systems and Interfaces.
