About the position
The IT Systems Analyst position at Peak Performers involves supporting GxP-validated computer systems within a clinical-stage oncology business. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of various applications, including DocuSign GxP, SAS LSAF, and Veeva systems. This contract position requires collaboration with business partners and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain user accounts, ensuring security and access management protocols are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Application support for DocuSign GxP, SAS LSAF, SLIM, Veeva eTMF, Veeva RIM, and Zen QMS; other applications as assigned.
- Provide comprehensive support for GxP-validated computer systems, ensuring compliance and reliability.
- GxP Release Management.
- Maintain user accounts for GxP and Non-GxP applications, ensuring security and access management protocols are maintained.
- Collaborate with business partners and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, fostering strong relationships for effective problem-solving.
- Partner with Quality to ensure appropriate change management processes are followed.
- Assist with testing, implement upgrades, and update documentation, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent number of years of related work experience.
- At least 3 years experience working in an IT or Quality department at a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and/or Life Sciences company or similar.
- Must have some hands-on experience supporting GxP validated applications or performing CSV activities.
- GxP or Computer Systems Validation (CSV) training or certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of any of these applications: SAS LSAF, Veeva eTMF, Veeva RIM, SLIM, and/or any Quality Management System.
