About the position

The IT Systems Analyst position at Genesis10 involves independently managing various IT internal business projects, focusing on resource management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. The role emphasizes process improvement and the implementation of new business services, along with facilitating end-user training and maintaining proactive communication among stakeholders and IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple medium or single department-scale IT internal business projects from inception to close.
• Lead process improvement or new business service implementation.
• Create, provide, and facilitate end-user training.
• Report department measurements and communicate metrics on activities.
• Develop proposals that consider alternatives and business cases.
• Routinely interact with IT vendors and provide technical interpretation for required services.
• May lead process or quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of technology or business administration experience required.
• Quick learner with technical troubleshooting skills required.
• Support skills required.

Nice-to-haves

• Healthcare experience would be ideal.
• Prior Service Now experience is a bonus.
