About The Position
As an IT Systems Analyst at Actalent, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other business systems. Your role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify areas for improvement. You will translate business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements, test and support IT solutions, and facilitate user adoption of new systems and processes.
