About the position

The IT Systems BA II position is focused on designing, implementing, analyzing, and modifying systems for various applications. The role involves defining system objectives and preparing detailed system design specifications. A key responsibility is to solve interface problems and gather as well as analyze client business requirements to identify and resolve issues effectively. This position acts as a communication liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that both sides are aligned in their objectives and understanding of the project requirements. In this role, the individual will be responsible for collecting and analyzing requirements for automation projects. This includes ensuring a thorough understanding of existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. The IT Systems BA II will work closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable agile stories for the development team. Utilizing expertise in process modeling and workflow analysis, the individual will create efficient and effective automation solutions. A significant aspect of the job involves understanding and documenting the requirements to automate processes within SailPoint, a leading identity governance platform. Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential to ensure that the automation solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards. The role requires clear and effective communication of technical requirements to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Requirements
